About the Role

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is actively seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Recruitment Consultant to join their fully remote team. You will be responsible for managing complex executive search assignments, developing key client partnerships, and mentoring junior consultants, all while working from your preferred remote location.

• Lead and execute executive search mandates for senior leadership and C-suite positions.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to secure new high-value client engagements remotely.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Provide expert market insights and strategic advisory services to clients on talent acquisition matters.
• Mentor and guide a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in a virtual setting.

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in recruitment consultancy, with a proven specialization in executive search.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation within a remote context.
• Exceptional understanding of the South African job market and key industry sectors.
• Superior negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, adapted for remote interaction.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.
