Good at recruitment but want more freedom over how you work? Perennial HR is a specialist Executive Search firm focused on Banking & Financial Services across Singapore and Hong Kong. We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join us at Principal Consultant or Associate Director level and build their own specialist market. This is an opportunity for someone who knows how to recruit and doesn't need to be managed through call targets, office attendance or endless KPIs.

We care about results. How, when and where you achieve them is largely up to you. Your desk. Your market. You'll have the freedom to develop your own specialism within Banking & Financial Services. You'll manage relationships with clients and candidates, develop new business and run assignments from brief through to placement. You'll also have dedicated research support, allowing you to spend more of your time developing relationships, winning business and managing searches rather than doing everything yourself.

We're particularly interested in recruiters with experience across Banking, Financial Services, Asset Management, Insurance, Private Equity & VC's, REIT and Alternative Investments and Commodities or functional specialist like technology in Banking & Financial Services

You'll probably be someone who:

Has a strong recruitment or Executive Search track record
Can manage clients independently
Enjoys business development and building long-term relationships
Wants ownership of their market across APAC
Doesn't need micromanagement
Values flexibility and autonomy
Wants their performance to have a meaningful impact on their earnings
