You’ll make a difference by:

Leading regional benefits programs across ASEAN & ANZ by serving as the subject matter expert and ensuring programs support business and employee needs across multiple markets.
Driving benefits governance and compliance by aligning programs with global guidelines, regional priorities, local legislation, and market practices.
Managing benefits reviews and renewals through annual benchmarking exercises, insurance renewals, and continuous evaluation of program competitiveness.
Leveraging data to optimize decision-making by maintaining benefits inventories, managing program data, and delivering meaningful insights and analysis.
Delivering strategic benefits projects including benefits harmonization initiatives, mergers and acquisitions activities, integrations, and carve-outs.
Building strong stakeholder partnerships by collaborating with HR, payroll, benefits administrators, and external providers to ensure seamless delivery while providing expert guidance on benefits-related matters.

Your defining qualities

Experience in Benefits or Total Rewards with 3 to 5 years of relevant expertise in benefits management, compensation, or rewards programs.
Regional market exposure with experience supporting multiple ASEAN markets; ANZ exposure is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of benefits and rewards practices including benefits governance, market benchmarking, program administration, and compliance requirements.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support informed decision-making.
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as Workday and Darwin, which would be advantageous.
