What you will achieve:

• Advising and providing operational as well as administrative support to managers and employees on issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Responsibility for implementing HR processes in the assigned business areas together with the HR Service Partner (tandem)
• Contact person for the line in personnel planning, organisational changes, and challenging employee and team situations
• Internal HR specialist role and participation in HR projects
• Active role and role model in the cultural development aligned with our values and leadership principles

• In addition to a solid education and training in HR management and several years of professional experience in a comparable people function, you bring broad expertise in operational HR day-to-day business
• You win over your counterpart with your solution-oriented, confident, honest, and trustworthy personality
• You are strong in communication, empathetic, and self-reflective
• Your solid experience in process and project management as well as your very good knowledge of Success Factors, UKG, and MS Office products complete your profile
• You communicate fluently in German and French, both orally and in writing; good Italian skills are a plus
