We're looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to join our People and Communications team in Bristol. At eXPD8, you'll help create an engaging and effective learning experience that supports the development and growth of colleagues across the business.

About the roleThis is an entry-level role within our Learning and Development team, providing essential support across learning administration, reporting, content creation and training coordination.
You'll help manage our learning platform, eDUK8, coordinate learning activity and monitor training completion. You'll also have the opportunity to support the creation of engaging learning content and contribute to wider talent, engagement and colleague development projects

Location:
Hybrid – 2 days in our Bristol Head Office, 3 days working from home
- Act as the first point of contact for learning and development queries
- Administer our learning platform, eDUK8, including user accounts, enrolments and learning content
- Schedule learning campaigns and maintain training calendars
- Monitor training completion and send reminders to help colleagues stay on track
Prepare accurate compliance reports for managers and stakeholders - Coordinate face-to-face, blended and digital learning activities
- Help create, update and organise engaging learning materials and eLearning content
- Contribute to talent, succession planning, employee engagement and colleague development projects
- Previous administration experience and a genuine interest in Learning and Development
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right first time
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, adaptable approach to solving problems
- Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly across Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Confidence learning new systems and digital tools
- The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Experience in Learning and Development, HR or Recruitment would be helpful, but it isn't essential
- Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, Articulate 360, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software would be an advantage
