Our client, a forward-thinking Recruitment Consultancy, is looking for an experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their remote recruitment efforts. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing significantly to the growth of their client base. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring process for clients across the globe.

• Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to remote work environments.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various client roles, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop and nurture a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Collaborate closely with clients to define hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and manage expectations.
• Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion focused on remote roles or managing remote teams.
• Proven success in developing and executing strategic recruitment plans.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
