Ops Intern

Summary: As a People Operations Intern at Andgo, you'll get hands-on experience across the People Ops function, supporting everything from recruiting and onboarding to employee experience, HR systems, office operations, and company events. You'll also take ownership of projects focused on improving how we work, including using AI and automation to make our People processes better.

This is a hands-on role on a small People Ops team, so you'll have the opportunity to work on real problems, own meaningful projects, and see how the different parts of People Operations fit together.

What you'll be doing:

• Support recruiting from candidate communication and interview coordination through to improving interview guides, scorecards, and hiring processes.
• Help improve and automate our employee onboarding experience, including mapping processes, testing automations, and documenting how things work.
• Help build and maintain an employee handbook that makes our policies and practices easy to understand and navigate.
• Support the testing and improvement of internal AI tools used to answer employee questions and make People Ops more efficient.
• Coordinate employee events, All Hands, travel, and other initiatives that help bring our team together.
• Help keep our Saskatoon office running smoothly, including facilities, supplies, vendors, and meeting setup.
• Support day-to-day People Ops projects and employee needs as they come up.

What you bring to the team:

• You're enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or related co-op program.
• You're organized and can keep track of multiple moving pieces.
• You're comfortable asking questions and working with people across different teams and levels.
• You use good judgment and understand the importance of confidentiality.
• You're curious about AI, technology, and finding better ways to work.
• You're comfortable taking ownership and figuring things out when there isn't a perfect set of instructions.
• You're willing to jump between bigger projects and the practical work that keeps a team and office running.

You don't need previous HR experience or experience with our systems. We're looking for someone who's curious, dependable, willing to learn, and excited to contribute.
