Reporting to the Director Total Rewards, you will handle pension plans, engage with retirement consultants, and spearhead employee education initiatives. This supervisory role demands meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain personnel files and support HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Canadian and US pension plans for staff
• Oversee relationships with retirement service partners
• Create engaging retirement education for employees
• Reconcile invoices and remittances thoroughly
• Support Employee and Labor Relations teams on various issues
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or HR Management
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in retirement
• Excellent bilingual communication skills
• Understanding of Canadian retirement legislation, especially Quebec laws
• Advanced skills in office software and enterprise databases
