Edmund & Evans are partnering with a highly respected Financial Services recruitment consultancy to hire a new Graduate Recruitment Consultant. This is a boutique team of just 15 people.

You won’t be one of 50 graduates on a large training scheme. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters, receive training directly from one of the owners and start working on real assignments from the beginning. Make three successful placements and you can progress from Associate to Consultant. Clients include investment firms, wealth managers, banks, insurers, Fin Tech companies and private equity-backed businesses. The Opportunity Your first six to nine months will focus on learning recruitment properly. You’ll receive structured training while working alongside experienced consultants on live Financial Services roles. You’ll learn how to find and approach strong candidates, interview them, understand what they want from their career and manage them through the recruitment process. As you develop, you’ll take on more responsibility, manage your own vacancies and begin building client relationships.
