About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote HR Operations Specialist to join their fully distributed team. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing the operational aspects of the HR function, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes on a global scale. You will be responsible for HRIS management, data integrity, HR reporting, and supporting the HR team with various operational tasks.

• Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for management, focusing on key performance indicators.
• Support the HR team with the administration of employee benefits, payroll data, and HR compliance.
• Develop and document HR operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees globally.
• Provide excellent HR support to employees, addressing queries related to HR systems and policies.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or a related HR support role.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors) and strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment.
