This position requires a proactive individual adept at identifying and attracting top IT talent. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates in the fast-paced tech industry.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles across various IT disciplines.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial client brief to offer acceptance.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of technology professionals in the North West region.
• Understand client technical requirements and effectively match candidates to roles.
• Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , ideally with a specialization in IT or technology recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in technical roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for remote interaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with the Klerksdorp and surrounding tech recruitment landscape is a plus.
