• Extensive experience (8+ years) in executive search or senior recruitment consultancy, with a demonstrable track record of success.
• Proven ability in business development, client relationship management, and closing senior-level placements.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, research, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication , negotiation, and presentation abilities, adapted for a remote setting.
• Proficiency with advanced search methodologies and recruitment technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
