About the Role

• Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) for employee data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility for remote staff.

• Facilitate virtual onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture.
• Provide assistance with employee relations issues, offering guidance and support to resolve concerns.
• Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and fair application across the organization.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage HR tasks in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and standard office productivity tools.
