• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience utilizing various recruitment tools and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
