Resourcing Consultant

Our client, a dynamic recruitment consultancy, is looking for a proactive Resourcing Consultant to join their team in Upington . This role is focused on identifying and attracting high-quality candidates to meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will play a crucial role in managing candidate pipelines, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Source candidates for various roles using online job boards, social media, and networking strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates engaging with our client.
• Assist recruitment consultants with market research and talent mapping initiatives.

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
