About the Role
Our client, a renowned recruitment consultancy, is seeking an exceptional Remote Talent Acquisition Lead to build and scale their talent acquisition function globally. - Develop and execute a comprehensive, global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of remote recruiters and talent specialists.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates and enhance the company's reputation.
- Implement and optimize recruitment processes, utilizing advanced ATS functionalities and data analytics.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to forecast talent needs and ensure timely, high-quality hires.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in all talent acquisition efforts.
- Minimum of 6 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, managing remote teams.
- Proven success in building and scaling recruitment functions in a global, remote-first context.
- Expertise in modern sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with various ATS platforms and recruitment marketing tools.
