About the Role

You will work closely with managers and employees virtually, ensuring HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently. • Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and management, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, utilizing virtual tools.
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR records in the HRIS.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Solid understanding of South African labor legislation.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
