• Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse client requirements, ensuring timely and quality placements.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active candidates globally.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recruitment advice to clients, acting as a true partner.
• Negotiate terms of engagement and employment offers, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the Centurion and surrounding regions.

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a focus on client partnerships.
• Strong understanding of various industries and the ability to recruit across different functional areas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and platforms for sourcing and engagement.
