About the Role

Our client, a progressive recruitment consultancy, is looking for a proactive and skilled Remote Sourcing Specialist to join their globally distributed team. This role is fully remote and focuses exclusively on identifying and engaging top talent for a wide range of client requirements. You will be the front line in talent attraction, utilizing innovative search techniques and building robust talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate is a proactive networker, adept at using digital tools to find candidates who may not be actively looking. This position is crucial for ensuring our client's ability to meet diverse and often specialized hiring needs for businesses worldwide.

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for various open positions using multiple channels, including online databases, social media, and professional networks.
• Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, interest, and fit for specific roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Stay abreast of market trends and new sourcing tools and techniques.

• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools, job boards, social media platforms (Linked In Recruiter), and ATS.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and advanced search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
