• Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies for various client needs and industries.
• Manage complex hiring processes, from stakeholder engagement to offer acceptance.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-caliber, often passive, candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure strong candidate-client fit.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to clients regarding talent availability and compensation trends.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the talent acquisition team in a remote setting.

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a consultancy role.
• Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse and challenging roles.
• Expertise in using various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and ATS/CRM systems.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work setup.
