• Develop and execute innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Utilize a variety of tools and techniques, including Boolean search, social media, and professional networking platforms, to find niche talent.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and engage prospective candidates to assess interest and qualifications.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profiles.

• A minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a strong focus on proactive candidate engagement.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent research, analytical, and Boolean search skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates remotely.
• Self-disciplined and highly organized, with a proven ability to manage workload effectively in a fully remote environment.
