About the Role
Our client, a prestigious recruitment consultancy in Vereeniging , is seeking an accomplished Executive Recruitment Consultant to lead executive search assignments across Gauteng. You will focus on identifying and securing senior-level talent for a portfolio of high-profile clients. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of executive search methodologies, exceptional networking skills, and the ability to engage with C-suite professionals. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence in executive talent acquisition, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting in-depth market mapping and research to identify target candidates for senior roles.
- Engaging with and assessing C-suite and senior leadership candidates with discretion and professionalism.
- Managing complex executive search projects from inception to successful completion.
- Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Developing compelling candidate profiles and value propositions.
- Providing strategic advice to clients on executive talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Significant experience (5+ years) in executive search or senior-level recruitment, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Proven success in identifying, engaging, and placing senior management and C-suite talent.
- Exceptional research, networking, and influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of various industries and functional leadership roles.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and business acumen.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate sensitive situations.
