• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Extend offers of employment and manage the pre-boarding process.
• Utilise HRIS and recruitment platforms to track candidate progress and manage data.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote or tech-focused environment.
• Proven ability to source candidates using various online platforms and techniques.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills suitable for remote collaboration .
