• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the remote recruitment team, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Develop and implement innovative, scalable recruitment strategies and processes for a distributed workforce.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of remote recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Utilize recruitment technology and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management or team lead role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate remote teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of recruitment technology, ATS, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
