• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for critical roles.
• Utilize a wide array of tools, including Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, and specialized databases, to map talent markets.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, engaging potential applicants and assessing their interest and qualifications.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain talent communities and pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
• Stay current with sourcing best practices, market intelligence, and emerging recruitment technologies.

• Significant proven experience as a Talent Sourcer , Recruiter, or Researcher, with a strong emphasis on passive candidate engagement.
• Demonstrated expertise in using advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray) and recruitment platforms.
• Exceptional research skills and the ability to identify talent in complex or niche markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective for remote engagement.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex searches simultaneously.
