Talent Acquisition Partner

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our internal recruitment team and support our Early Careers program. This role will support in attracting and engaging top, diverse talent to our business, and helping to build our future talent pipelines and play a key role in the delivery of our Early Careers programmes across the business. What you'll do

• Manage candidate enquiries, reasonable adjustment requests and working with internal teams to provide a positive candidate experience
• Manage pipelines for high volume early careers programmes focusing on providing additional support to candidates including coaching calls, interview preparation and facilitating in-person interviews
• Support the wider Early Careers team in building a powerful attraction message for both our Graduate and Internship campaigns
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Leads and Hiring Managers to understand their requirements and underrepresented talent areas then use this insight to identify new channels and innovative methods to attract diverse talent to Capital One
• Represent Capital One at University Careers Fairs and other attraction events; support in the set up and running of bespoke insight days.
• Build positive relationships with potential candidates and have great conversations about our culture and the roles you're hiring for
• Support the Learning & Development team with building an engaging and inclusive onboarding plan for new joiners and deliver keep in touch events and activies for incoming hires
• Stay current with competitor trends and market research along with the wider business imperatives and goals to give you a deeper understanding of the market and how this relates to our hiring needs
• Support Talent Acquisition Partners across key roles and business areas and proactively source diverse talent for experienced hire roles
  You have led on Early Careers or Campus recruiting before and have managed high volume pipelines in a fast paced and (preferably) regulated environment/industry or financial services/tech
• You have previous experience in successfully sourcing talent, particularly those from underrepresented groups and can demonstrate success in being able to place diverse candidates successfully
• You're highly organised and can manage multiple priorities/hiring needs. It would be great if you've previously handled high volume pipelines or had experience in hiring early careers programmes as well
• You've got great communication skills and are highly responsive to candidates and hiring managers so that we deliver an excellent recruitment experience
• You're comfortable building trusted relationships and networks internally and externally, partnering with the business and internal employee resource groups to drive referrals and attending external events to promote Capital One and attract diverse talent
