Your first six to nine months will focus on learning recruitment properly. You'll receive structured training while supporting experienced consultants on live assignments, developing your market knowledge and building relationships with high-calibre candidates. Unlike many graduate recruitment roles, you'll be working with experienced professionals and senior hiring managers from the very beginning, giving you exposure to consultative recruitment and high-value assignments.

As your confidence grows, you'll take ownership of your own recruitment processes before progressing into a Consultant role, where you'll manage client relationships, develop business and build your own specialist market.
