Regional People Partner Salary: £50,000 - £54,000

Location:

Home-based, with regular travel across Norwich, Ipswich and the wider East of England region. Travel to these locations will be required 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days worked from home. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Regional People Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across a designated client group. You will lead on employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning and people initiatives, partnering with leaders to deliver effective people solutions and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Provide expert HR partnering and advice to managers and leaders. Lead complex employee relations casework. Support organisational change, restructures and TUPE projects. Deliver workforce planning and people initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practice. Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor. About You CIPD qualified or equivalent experience. Exposure to public sector, education or care industries Strong generalist HR background.

Experience managing complex employee relations matters. Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
