Role Description
The HR Support Officer role at DOSFER SL is a part-time hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility for work from home. The HR Support Officer will assist in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating HR documentation and correspondence. This role involves supporting the development and updating of job descriptions, assisting with the implementation of HR policies, and helping respond to employee inquiries.
The HR Support Officer will also contribute to employee relations initiatives, help organize HR-related meetings and trainings, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant labor regulations.
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, and capacity to assist in policy implementation and documentation.
- Experience or familiarity with Employee Relations, including handling routine employee queries and supporting a positive work environment.
- Ability to contribute to Job Description Development, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational needs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, including accurate record-keeping and time management.
- Proficiency with common office and HR software tools (e.g., MS Office, HRIS platforms) is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
