HR Payroll Specialist

Our client is searching for a precise and efficient HR Payroll Specialist to manage their payroll processing and related HR functions in Kimberley . This role is critical for ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, and benefits to all employees, while maintaining compliance with payroll legislation and company policies. You will be responsible for the entire payroll cycle, from data input and verification to reconciliation and reporting.

• Process the full payroll cycle accurately and efficiently on a monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
• Manage employee data related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Liaise with external payroll providers and auditors as needed.
• Provide support to employees regarding payroll queries and tax-related matters.

• National Diploma or relevant certification in Payroll Administration or Human Resources.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Strong understanding of South African payroll legislation, including tax regulations.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
