This role is critical for sourcing and attracting top engineering and IT talent. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, leveraging your expertise in tech hiring best practices and tools. • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical roles, including software engineering, data science, and IT support.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract niche technical talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Manage the candidate experience from application to offer, ensuring a positive and efficient process.
• Utilize ATS and other recruitment technologies to manage pipelines and track progress.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role focusing on IT and engineering hires.
• Strong understanding of technology roles, skill sets, and the tech industry landscape.
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools like Linked In Recruiter and various job boards.
• Excellent communication , negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Experience with Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques.
