Job SummaryJoin as a Freelance Executive Search Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment, drive business development, and manage client and candidate relationships with flexibility and high earning potential in a 100% remote, commission-based role.
Responsibilities- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect, pitch, and secure new client accounts to build and scale your own corporate client portfolio across any industry of your choice.
- Full-Cycle 360 Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from end to end, including client brief intake, talent sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Client & Candidate Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients while providing exceptional guidance and career management to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Data & Compliance Governance: Strictly adhere to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) regulations, ensuring all candidate data and CVs are handled, stored, and processed securely with explicit candidate consent.
- Experience: Recruitment experience (agency or in-house) is strongly preferred.
- Mindset: Possesses a true entrepreneurial mindset, high drive, resilience, and a passion for sales and executive search.
- Skills: Strong background in business development, client relationship management, and full-cycle recruitment.
- Compliance Awareness: Sound understanding of local employment practices and the Singapore PDPA law regarding candidate data privacy and consent management.
