Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate full cycle recruitment for production operations
• Build and grow a talent pipeline with new sourcing channels
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors and institutions
• Coordinate recruitment events like career fairs
• Oversee onboarding processes and suggest improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in full cycle recruiting
• Experience in high-turnover settings like manufacturing
• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to travel across North America (10% travel)
