Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source technology professionals through proactive outreach
• Assess candidates for technical and communication skills
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes efficiently
• Build a network of pre-vetted consultants for quick mobilization
Requirements:
• 3+ years recruiting experience, 2+ in IT or tech
• Proven success in headhunting and candidate outreach
• Active network within the Canadian technology scene
• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ATS, Linked In Recruiter, and Canadian practices
