The partner company seeks a Senior Recruiter based in Canada to manage end-to-end recruitment. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to refine search strategies and candidate profiles. You'll leverage market insights to engage high-quality talent efficiently across multiple business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer execution
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Proactively source candidates using Boolean search and Linked In Recruiter
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive market research
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience with timely communication
Requirements:
• 5+ years in professional recruiting, ideally in tech
• Proven experience with Linked In Recruiter and CRM/ATS platforms
• Strong understanding of technology talent markets
• Exceptional communication skills for candidate engagement
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches
Excel as a proactive recruiter and elevate candidate experiences in this dynamic remote role.
