You will coordinate merit and incentive cycles while engaging with HRIS, Payroll, and business leaders. Your analytical skills will ensure effective salary structure updates and market pricing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual merit and SEIP cycle coordination

• Configure and maintain Success Factors compensation tools

• Validate compensation data in SAP and offline tools

• Support communication materials for compensation processes

• Conduct market pricing and benchmark reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration

• Minimum 5+ years in compensation roles

• Working toward CCP designation preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
