Remote Hospitality Recruiter

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Hospitality Recruiter to source and attract top talent for various roles within the hospitality and tourism sector. Working entirely from home, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying candidate needs with hiring managers to onboarding successful hires. This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry's talent landscape and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike.

You will play a vital part in shaping the workforce for leading hospitality businesses.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hospitality roles , from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently hired positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice.

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter , preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to gauge candidate suitability.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
