- This remote role manages employee leave cases from start to finish with accurate administration and compliance.
- You'll be the trusted contact for employees, guiding them through leave, pay, and return-to-work processes.
What you'll do:
- Manage leave cases, review eligibility, and coordinate with HR, providers, and state agencies.
- Submit documents via state portals, track timelines, and facilitate return-to-work plans.
- Maintain absence records in Workday/UKG and support employee questions.
What you bring:
- Knowledge of leave administration and federal/state regulations like FMLA and ADA.
- Strong organization, confidentiality, and ability to juggle multiple time-sensitive cases.
- Experience with Workday or UKG preferred; proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and Excel required.
