This position is integral to the success of their client engagements, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering bespoke talent acquisition solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their workforce needs and actively sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier professionals.

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate placement and onboarding.
• Implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for specialized roles.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioural and competency-based interviews.
• Provide expert market insights and consultative advice to clients on talent strategy.
• Consistently achieve and surpass recruitment targets and client satisfaction benchmarks.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment , preferably in a consultancy setting.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful recruitment outcomes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment technologies.
