• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities for diverse client portfolios.

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across client organizations.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Proven ability to manage complex recruitment projects and deliver on challenging hiring mandates.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, engagement, and assessment techniques, including leveraging digital tools.
• Strong understanding of employer branding principles and their application in talent acquisition.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
