Senior HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior HR Specialist with a focus on Talent Acquisition to join their team in Port Elizabeth . You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and enhancing the employer brand.

You will play a vital role in shaping the talent pipeline and ensuring the company attracts and retains the best professionals in the industry.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Develop and maintain a strong employer brand through various channels.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on recruitment performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior role.
• Proven track record of successfully filling diverse and challenging positions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employer branding strategies.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment software.
