- Recruit, source, and engage qualified RBT and BT candidates throughout multiple states.
- Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ABA providers.
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Utilize Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals and support client staffing needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
Required
- 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience managing a high-volume recruiting pipeline.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Direct ABA recruiting experience is strongly preferred
, with a proven track record of recruiting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and other ABA professionals. - Former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or hands-on ABA field experience strongly preferred.We value candidates who understand the demands of the role because they've worked in the field themselves.
- In-depth knowledge of ABA terminology, credentialing, and licensure requirements, including RBT, BCaBA, and BCBA certifications.
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare or behavioral health environment.
