Recruitment Consultant - Sales and Marketing

I am seeking several experienced 360 recruitment consultants for a growing high billing and specialist Go To Market specialist recruitment agency offering 40-50% commission !

• This is a 360 Agency recruitment role including business development and will suit someone from an agency background that has managed and secured new clients as well as sourcing.
• Remote with days in London (few days a month and also client meetings when needed) You need to be commutable to London and pay for this yourself but 90% of time will be remote working from home.
• They specialise in retained and contingent hiring which they do on an exclusive basis.
• They specialise in Sales marketing and product roles for specialist tech businesses that are going through growth and transformation. They typically target clients without an internal recruitment team and then fill all their roles for them.
• Typically recruiting into USA and UK and Europe.
• Average invoice values of of £15K to £20K in the UK and $30K to $45K in the USA.
• Commission is 40-50% per placement!!
• Extremely high earning potential!

• Ideally you will have hired into tech clients before and worked on GTM roles.
• Alternatively you could have hired Sales and Marekting roles into another industry.
• You might also be used to hiring another professional non tech market.
• You will need ideally at least 2 years recruitment experience in a perm or executive search market.
• You do not have to have worked on retained roles before but this would be an advantage
• Full training will given to switch markets and to do retained pitches and searches.
• You will need to be motivated to push and work remote, but be happy to have regular daily meetings with the team and management and work very closely as a team
