They boast a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence and innovation, reporting to a supportive HR Manager. As part of a forward-thinking organisation, you'll be joining a respected company with a global presence and a family-like atmosphere on site. About you Minimum 3 years post-qualification HR experience, ideally within manufacturing CIPD qualified or equivalent Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as SAP, Success Factors or similar Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to deliver training and generate insightful reports Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team What you'll do Support recruitment efforts by developing job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates Manage employee lifecycle processes including inductions, attendance, and leavers Maintain accurate HR data on systems like SAP, ensuring compliance and preparing reports Assist with health and safety initiatives, including risk assessments and accident investigations Lead employee engagement activities and coordinate site training programmes Support dispute resolution and foster positive employee relations within the site Contribute to site HR KPIs and participate in site-wide HR and safety projects Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and staff, ensuring policies are upheld For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
