AHSG is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter in Frisco, TX with a hybrid work model. You will own full-cycle recruiting for allied and nursing staffing, build pipelines, and develop relationships with clinicians to support client opportunities.

Compensation: $45K-$55K base plus a tiered bonus program up to $20,000 in the first year, plus commissions. Ideal candidate has 2-4 years in healthcare recruiting and strong sourcing and relationship skills.
