Dexterra is seeking a Recruiter (Bilingual English & Spanish) to join our remote services team in a full-time capacity. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried, general labour, and trades roles, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and participating in onboarding.
You will collaborate with the Workforce Planning & Business Analyst, HR, and managers to build strong pipelines and ensure timely recruitment across multiple locations. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
