Remote Client Relationship Manager - Recruitment

Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Remote Client Relationship Manager to serve their esteemed clientele from a remote setting, supporting businesses associated with Denpasar . This role is central to nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with exceptional service and strategic insight. You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding client business objectives and translating them into effective talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business needs, company culture, and specific hiring requirements.
• Act as a strategic partner, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee the delivery of recruitment services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional recruitment services.
• Collaborate internally with recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in client management, account management, or a senior recruitment role with a client-facing focus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Excellent understanding of the recruitment process and talent acquisition market.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
