Bristol | Hybrid Working - Wednesday is the office & rest working from home £27,709 - £29,071 37 hours per week | Full-time Fixed-term until March 2027 (with potential to go perm) Supporting recruitment and HR processes across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment and administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and ensuring an outstanding candidate and employee experience.

From coordinating recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes to supporting employee queries and maintaining compliance records, you'll be at the heart of the organisation's people operations. Working within a hybrid model, you'll be based in the Bristol office one day per week (Wednesdays) Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, from advertising vacancies through to appointment. Support hiring managers with recruitment processes, interview scheduling and assessment activities.

Ensure all pre-employment checks, including DBS and safeguarding requirements, are completed accurately and on time. Maintain employee records and recruitment data within HR systems. Draft contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation. Respond to employee and recruitment-related queries in a professional and timely manner. Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate mandatory training records and ensure compliance requirements are met.

Support the rollout and ongoing development of HR and recruitment systems. Assist with the preparation of reports, policies, meeting documentation and correspondence. Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and external agencies. About You We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You'll Bring Previous experience within recruitment, HR administration or a busy office environment.

Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Confidence using HR, recruitment or database systems. A good understanding of confidentiality and GDPR requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems. An interest in HR and recruitment, with a desire to develop your career further.

Ideally, You'll Have Experience working within the education sector or a similarly regulated environment. Experience using iTrent or another HR/recruitment system. Knowledge of safer recruitment practices and employment compliance checks. Safeguarding We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults.
