Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated Entry-Level HR Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to build a career in Human Resources. As an HR Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting data-driven decision-making, analyzing HR metrics, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and report HR data, including recruitment, retention, compensation, and performance metrics.
Support the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare presentations and reports for HR leadership and management.
Help identify trends and recommend solutions to improve HR effectiveness.
Collaborate with different departments to support employee engagement and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
No prior HR experience required.
Internships or academic projects in HR, data analysis, or business operations will be considered a plus.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible hours available)
Remote work environment with the possibility of future hybrid roles depending on location and company needs.
Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
Interest in HR technology and HRIS systems.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.
Willingness to participate in training and development programs to enhance skill sets.
