Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Remote Recruitment Consultant to specialize in Human Resources and Operations roles. This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for HR professionals, including HR Managers, Generalists, and Specialists, as well as Operations Managers and Directors. Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for HR and Operations roles on a remote basis.
- Source and engage with high-calibre HR professionals and operations leaders across various industries.
- Conduct thorough remote interviews and assessments to evaluate experience and fit for corporate functions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking talent for these critical areas.
- Stay current with HR and Operations industry trends and recruitment best practices in a remote context.
- Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators within a virtual team structure.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a significant focus on HR and Operations recruitment .
- Proven ability to successfully recruit for roles such as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Operations Manager, and Supply Chain Manager.
- Demonstrated success in working and delivering results in a remote work environment.
- Excellent virtual communication, networking, and candidate assessment skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
